I use libpq-fe.h library. and I noticed, that if I use an SQL string "... order by..." - then it could represent data normally in an combobox element, but if I use a second SQL query to find one field using almost the same query then some ids from 1 and 2 queries are not equal. I found a solution by excluding "... order by...". But it is not convient to see surnames unsorted... Is it a PostgreSQL error's side or GCC? please help to determine, because I'm not professional on it. Regards, Denis Kolesnik.
