Patch tested on powerpc-apple-darwin9 with gcc 4.0.1 which results in
HAVE_GETIPINFO being left unset and with gcc 4.2.1 which results in
HAVE_GETIPINFO being set in config.h. Also tested on x86_64 Fedora 15 which
also results in HAVE_GETIPINFO being set. Also note that for gcc 4.0.1 on
powerpc-apple-darwin9, while libbacktrace in stage 1 has HAVE_GETIPINFO unset,
it is set properly in stage2 when building against the stage 1 compiler. Also
tested on x86_64-apple-darwin11 with clang from Xcode 4.5.1 which properly
defines HAVE_GETIPINFO during stage 1.
