In the strict sense, no. These are due to changes in the Objective-C ABI in later darwin SDKs. I haven't checked all of these yet, but I suspect most will disappear is --systroot= is used to select the previous MacOS X SDK (e.g. http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-bugs/2012-12/msg00586.html).
