In vect_check_strided_load we constrain the form of DR_REF for no good reason
now that, after PR53342 fix, we always generate the usual pointer dereference
form.

* tree-vect-data-refs.c (vect_check_strided_load): Allow
REALPART/IMAGPART_EXPRs around the supported refs.
* tree-ssa-structalias.c (find_func_aliases): Assume that
floating-point values are not used to transfer pointers.
* gfortran.dg/vect/fast-math-pr37021.f90: New testcase.
relaxes this a tiny bit.

(vect_analyze_data_refs): Allow all non-nested loads as
strided loads.
