You really should have reported the bug directly to the distro as they normally
have patches applied on top of GCC and there is no way for us to fix your
distro's GCC.

It is up to the distro to change the message.  If the distro does not change
the error reporting URL, it is a bug in their configuring of GCC.

Actually it points you to the file:

Which you did not read fully.
