Version is commit id 1b179ea9d4020d from git (i.e. current HEAD).

Cross compilation from BUILD=i686-pc-linux-gnu, HOST=i686-pc-linux-gnu to
TARGET=s390-ibm-linux-gnu fails to built zlib.

configure was run from gcc-orig/build with

../configure \
