Build on current git snapshot fails with the following error messages:

cd /home/ubuntu/gcc/libvtv && /bin/bash /home/ubuntu/gcc/missing --run
automake-1.11 --foreign
configure.ac:129: omit leading './' from config file names such as
'./Makefile';
configure.ac:129: remake rules might be subtly broken otherwise
testsuite/Makefile.am:42: ENABLE_VTABLE_VERIFY does not appear in
AM_CONDITIONAL
