$ cat test.cpp
#include <vector>
class A {
int s;
public:
A () = default;
A (const A&) = delete;
A& operator=(const A&) = delete;
A (A&&) = delete;
A& operator=(A&&) = delete;
};
int main() {
std::vector<A> v;
v.push_back (A {} );
}
with gcc (GCC) 4.7.4 20131026 (prerelease)
produces
$ gcc -std=c++11 -lstdc++ testA.cpp -o test
‘

This happens also with gcc482. Expected result:

Read any standard text about the EXTERNAL and INTRINSIC
