Clang produces a better warning suggesting the appropriate header file compared
to GCC. Test program included
$gcc testwarning.c

function ‘strcpy’ [enabled by default]
strcpy(teststr, "foo");

This is not Severity=major, libstdc++ is designed for use with GCC not Clang.
