Contains udl_bug.cpp and udl_bug_workaround.cpp

When compiling with 'g++ -std=c++11 <filename>':

The attached file udl_bug.cpp reproduces the bug, producing the error: "error:
unable to find numeric literal operator ‘operator"" _i.m_value’".

The attached file udl_bug_workaround.cpp compiles successfully and produces the
expected output.
