There seems to be no duplicate in bugzilla, even though there are a few similar bugs they are fixed in 4.7.0 the latest. Even if this is fixed in trunk (I cannot check this right now), adding a testcase may be sensible: $ cat t.cc #include <vector> struct foobar { int a; }; int main(){ std::vector<foobar> foo; //Should fail: foobar has no constructor with one argument foo.emplace_back(0); } $ g++ t.cc t.cc: In function 'int main()': t.cc:10:9: error: 'class std::vector<foobar>' has no member named 'emplace_back' $ g++ --std=c++11 t.cc ' Internal compiler error: Error reporting routines re-entered. Please submit a full bug report, with preprocessed source if appropriate. See <https://trac.macports.org/newticket> for instructions. tobi@tobias-schluters-computer tmp$
