};

template<class T> using TDef = NDef<T>;
GCC version: 4.9.2
compiled with: g++ --std=c++11 -c test.cpp
system: Linux 3.18.1-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed Dec 17 15:40:09 CET 2014 x86_64
GNU/Linux

r181112 still rejects this, r181150 already ICEs.

Issue is access of the type of a COMPONENT_REF in finish_offsetof. For the
template the COMPONENT_REF has NULL_TREE type.
Actually it seems that we should check here for in-template case.
