No. But the question makes no sense, because we're talking about mails that
bugzilla automatically sends to the bug mailing lists on every new comment.
And I have no control over these.

The question makes total sense as I wanted to excluse a possible interaction
between your timezone and the timezone used by Bugzilla to send bugmails. :)
