Actually nothing special: g++ -c -std=c++11 RefSnpSnapshot.ii GCC recognizes .ii extension as preprocessed C++ source. Other options may be specified as well (preprocessor options like -I and -D are not needed). ICE seems to be fixed in GCC 4.8.4, 4.9.x and later.
