In the patch in comment #17, the code in gcc/configure.ac looks misplaced:
shouldn't it be before the ";;", and not add another ";;"?

Can you explain why the test in libgo/configure.ac will fail for a linker that
does not support split-stack?  I'm not quite seeing it.  I haven't tried it,
though.
