While running make check-fortran on submodule_4.f08 the sanitizer complains
that in pretty-print.h:142

obstack_grow (buff->obstack, start, length);

the pointer start == NULL

Most probably length == 0

but I believe it best to fix it by prefixing the statement with "if(length)"
