Detecting gcc_cv_as_cfi_advance_working detecting as no even though it is
actually working but objdump not working is still decent thing to do as we are
trying to detect if it was working correctly and use cfi directives only then. 
So if they are not working we output the correct thing even though we can't
detect if it was working correctly or not.
