ROS2 (Robot Operating System) by Open Robotics has infringed copyright of GCC standard library. At least, they have copied portions of stl_vector.h of the C++ component of GCC, without crediting the authors and replacing the GPL license with the Apache license. Here is the modified file: https://github.com/ros2/rosidl/blob/master/rosidl_runtime_cpp/include/rosidl_runtime_cpp/bounded_vector.hpp Commit f25db23d093ea075f8bbb0015597b091400889e2 of the rosidl project.
