bool f(bool a, bool b)
{
    if (!a && !b)
        return 0;
    if (!a && b)
        return 0;
    if (a && !b)
        return 0;
    return 1;
}

This can be optimized to `return a & b;`. This transformation is done by LLVM,
but not by GCC.
