Making all in c++17
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: *** [Makefile:561: libcc1.la]

No it is about libcc1 when --disable-shared is passed. Just it is linking
against libstdc++ where the error is from. It might be a top level option t=
hat
needs to similar to libjit.=
