The configure log with the error information
Compiled the Gcc as the following on the ubuntu 18.04.
1) sudo apt update
2) sudo apt upgrade
3) contrib/download_prerequisites
4) ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/gcc63 --program-suffix=63
--enable-languages=c,c++,fortran --disable-multilib
5) make -j 4
Error is reported as attached with the critical area copied here.

I can understand the problem, but I do not know how to fix it. Is there someone
can help on this issue? Thank you for any help.

Please the instruction for installing GCC at https://gcc.gnu.org/install/
Your step 4) is invalidate.

Thank you for your comment. I congifure and build the Gcc in a separate
directory out of the GCC. It works awesome. Thank you
