QI/HI/SImode auto Zero/Sign-extend

Much appreciated Jim.

The new patch should solve the format issue by adding the same tabs on each
line.

In the meanwhile I'll try to patch the pass_shorten_memrefs::analyze() in
riscv-shorten-memrefs.c

Any idea on the combiner issue?=
