There is only a problem if at l= east one label is in the code section. There is another proposed solution to add special relaxable relocations for uleb128 but the initial proposal had flaws, and no one has reviewed the sec= ond proposal yet. Or we could change the -gsplit-dwarf support to work even when there is no uleb128 support.=
