builtins.c says:

The word 'overflowing' is missing here.

These diagnostics come in pairs:
- writing ... overflows the destination
- may write ...

So my initial guess was wrong. It's not that the word 'overflowing' is miss=
ing
here, instead 'the destination' should be removed from the diagnostic, as in
the other diagnostics nearby.=
