I don't believe it is a requirement to generate a separate .debug_rnglists.=
dwo
section, the spec says the same data can be provided in the .debug_rnglists
section and gdb and elfutils handle that just fine for split dwarf. If we w=
ould
generate a .debug_rnglists.dwo section then we have to make sure it only
contains DW_RLE_ entries that don't require relocations (like we already do=
 for
.loclists and DW_LLE_ entries).=
