Files modified in the GCC repository. Log entry:
Include the GCC-specific stylesheet by default and add a new class
"news" that redefines <dt> and <dd> in line with how our main page
looks. Use this for the News section on the Java main page.

Files modified in the GCC repository. Log entry:
Remove two manual line breaks in our standard footer to better cope with
narrower and wider screens and save vertical space for sufficiently wide
ones. Avoid the extra space at the top of the box commonly added by <p>
styles. Reword the sentence referring to gcc@gcc.gnu.org a bit.
