commit 002304c326220927b1b7071818988d1325badd9b
Author: Gerald Pfeifer <gerald@pfeifer.com>
Date: Thu Oct 20 23:50:14 2022 +0200

    *: Use
instead of
With commit bf9d87193528c81b076ff463ff5591e960b6ed63 we replaced
by
. It now turns out we have gathered some
s, sans the space
before the slash, over the years. Convert those to plain
as well.
