    Darwin, D : Add .d suffix to the list for invoking dsymutil.
    
    Recognise .d for D source files on the command line.  This will
    trigger an invocation of dsymutil when a D source is present.
    
    gcc/ChangeLog:
    
            * config/darwin.h (DSYMUTIL_SPEC): Recognize D sources.
            * config/darwin9.h: Likewise.
