            constant.
            (exit_codes): New enum.
            (consume_whitespace): New function.
            (advance_line): Likewise.
            (safe_inc_pos): Likewise.
            (match_identifier): Likewise.
            (match_integer): Likewise.
            (match_to_right_bracket): Likewise.
