commit e269b998b07d76d7341fa25fd20d0f2c2e95345a
Author: Michael Meissner <meissner@linux.ibm.com>
Date: Thu Apr 15 13:23:47 2021 -0400

Update IBM long double packing in libgcc on PowerPC.

Assuming GCC was modified to support __ibm128 on older systems, this patch
changes the ibm-ldouble.c function to always use the built-in function
    __builtin_pack_longdouble.

            __builtin_pack_ibm128 instead of __builtin_pack_longdouble.
