    c++tools : Add a simple handler for ModuleCompiledRequest.
    
    This just replies with "OK".

            * resolver.cc (module_resolver::ModuleCompiledRequest):
            Add a simple handler.
            * resolver.h: Declare handler for ModuleCompiledRequest.
