    [Ada] Reference in Unbounded_String is almost never null
    
    gcc/ada/
    
            * libgnat/a-strunb.ads (Unbounded_String): Reference is never
            null.
            * libgnat/a-strunb.adb (Finalize): Copy reference while it needs
            to be deallocated.
