    Restore detection of HAVE_XCOFF_DWARF_EXTRAS
    
    gcc/ChangeLog:
    
            * configure.ac: Restore detection of  HAVE_XCOFF_DWARF_EXTRAS.
            * config/rs6000/rs6000.cc (HAVE_XCOFF_DWARF_EXTRAS): Reset it.
            * configure: Regenerate.
            * config.in: Regenerate.
