    libstdc++: Fix test FAIL for old std::string ABI
    
    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
    
            * testsuite/std/ranges/adaptors/join_with/1.cc: Remove unused
            <sstream header.
            (test04): Remove constexpr for old std::string ABI and test at
            runtime.
