    arc: Remove obsolete mRcq and mRcw options.
    
    gcc/
    
            * common/config/arc/arc-common.cc (arc_option_optimization_table):
            Remove Rcq and Rcw options.
            * config/arc/arc.opt (mRcq): Ignore option, preserve it for
            backwards compatibility.
            (mRcw): Likewise.
            * doc/invoke.texi (mRcw, mRcq): Update document.
