    rust: Implement TARGET_RUST_OS_INFO for *-*-darwin*
    
    gcc/ChangeLog:
    
            * config.gcc (*-*-darwin*): Set rust_target_objs and
            target_has_targetrustm.
            * config/t-darwin (darwin-rust.o): New rule.
            * config/darwin-rust.cc: New file.
