    lto: support --jobserver-style=fifo for recent GNU make
    
    gcc/ChangeLog:
    
            * opts-jobserver.h: Add one member.
            * opts-common.c (jobserver_info::jobserver_info): Parse FIFO
            format of --jobserver-auth.
