commit r13-6125-ga7d8c40484c31a74a2c2bb17d835d60ba7dd8d29
Author: Andrew Pinski <apinski@marvell.com>
Date: Fri Feb 17 16:43:27 2023 +0000

    Remove #if GIMPLE around 1 - a pattern

This removes the "#if GIMPLE" around the
    "1 - a" pattern as ssa_name_has_boolean_range
(get_range_query) works when cfun is a nullptr.

OK? Bootstrapped and tested on x86_64-linux-gnu with no regressions.
