    ada: Use computed value from os_constants to define sigset_t

    Remove hard coded definition and conform to standard usage of using
    computed os_constants for opaque type declarations.

    gcc/ada/

            * libgnarl/s-osinte__qnx.ads (sigset_t): Modify
            declaration to use system.os_constants computed
            value. Align it.
