    RISC-V: Add ZVFHMIN block autovec testcase
    
    To be safe, add ZVFHMIN autovec block testcase to make sure
    we won't enable autovec in ZVFHMIN by mistakes.
    
    gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
    
            * gcc.target/riscv/rvv/autovec/zvfhmin-1.c: New test.
