    Fix build of aarc64

    The following fixes a reference to LOOP_VINFO_MASKS array in the
    aarch64 backend after my changes.

            * config/aarch64/aarch64.cc
            (aarch64_vector_costs::analyze_loop_vinfo): Fix reference
            to LOOP_VINFO_MASKS.
