libstdc++: Format Python code according to PEP8
These files were filtered through autopep8 to reformat them more
conventionally.
libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
* python/libstdcxx/v6/printers.py: Reformat.
* python/libstdcxx/v6/xmethods.py: Likewise.
