    Add 'g++.target/nvptx/nvptx.exp' for nvptx-specific C++ test cases
    
    Like 'gcc.target/nvptx/nvptx.exp' is modeled after 'gcc.dg/dg.exp', this new
    'g++.target/nvptx/nvptx.exp' is modeled after 'g++.dg/dg.exp'.
    
            gcc/testsuite/
            * g++.target/nvptx/nvptx.exp: New.
