    aarch64: Sync `aarch64-sys-regs.def' with Binutils.
    
    This patch updates `aarch64-sys-regs.def', bringing it into sync with
    the Binutils source.
    
    gcc/ChangeLog:
    
            * config/aarch64/aarch64-sys-regs.def: Copy from Binutils.
