Request check for hw support in ppc run tests with -maltivec/-mvsx
for gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog
* gcc.target/powerpc/swaps-p8-20.c: Change powerpc_altivec_ok
require-effective-target test into vmx_hw.
* gcc.target/powerpc/vsx-vector-5.c: Change powerpc_vsx_ok
require-effective-target test into vsx_hw.
