    doc: Remove references to FreeBSD 7 and older

    FreeBSD 7 has been end of life for years and current GCC most likely
    would not build there anymore anyways.

    gcc:
            PR target/69374
            PR target/112959
            * doc/install.texi (Specific) <*-*-freebsd*>: Remove references to
            FreeBSD 7 and older.

 The version of binutils installed in @file{/usr/bin} probably works
