Hello there, I am using gcc v3.0.3 compiled under cygwin and I am trying to
work out how to use the builtin mmx functions as described on the following
page:

http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/X86-Built-in-Functions.html

I have tried -mmmx but I get "unrecognised option" thrown back at me.

Can someone please shed some light.

Regards

That manual is for the (upcoming) 3.1.0 release. IIRC, 3.0.x does not have
MMX builtins.

Aha.. thanks... I thought I was going insane or something as nothing on that
page seemed to work... I'll try using the beta 3.1 release. (which seems to
compile fine on cygwin - unlike 3.0.x)
