When I want to compile a source-file, the compiler first compiles the
+ACM-include files: iostream.h then streambuf.h then libio.h. But the libio.h
needs the file sys/cdefs.h. I've found the file nowhere. Can I get it
somewhere, or is it a mistake in libio.h?
