Hello,
the answer depends on whether you're trying to compile
for AIX 4 or 5. You can't build one for AIX 5, you may
be able to for AIX 4. Regardless, you'll need AIX
headers and libraries (so access to an AIX system to
copy these from) and the process is far from
well-tested.
You will most definitely need a cross assembler and
linker, which you can get from GNU binutils.
