Subject: Representation of "double" in powerpc
Date: Fri, 10 Nov 2006 23:10:00 -0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20061110231018.14900.qmail@web37214.mail.mud.yahoo.com> (raw)
Hi,
I would like to know how the "double" type is
represented by powerpc gcc. How many bits are
allocated for exponent and mantissa? Is the LSB the
sign bit or the MSB?
Thanks
Ramesh
